Zigic moves to Birmingham.

Birmingham just signed Serbian striker Nikola Zigic on a four year lond deal for an undisclosed fee.

Zigic scored 13 goals in 19 games for Racing Santader on a loan move from Valencia last season.

Zigic is Birmingham's third signing of the summer, having already brought in goalkeeper Ben Foster from Manchester United and Spanish midfielder Enric Valles.

    If they can repeat the kind of impressive play they showed last season, then with Zigic I see them fighting for Europe next season.
